Activity 4: Up In The Air
It's right now day 2 for the summer learning journey week 1. For this activity was all about comparing with Jean batten and Amelia Earhart. This was a really interesting activity because i got to learn about the mystery of how Amelia Earhart went missing when she was travailing around the world.

Hi Matthew this is Mrs Collins from Manaiakalani and I'll be commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. I really like the venn diagram you have created about two awesome aviators - do you want to be a pilot when you leave school, or maybe a flight engineer? Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!
ReplyDeleteTalofa Matthew! It was also really interesting learning about Amelia Earhart for me too. And it shook me that she disappeared for such a long time. Some still speculate what happened to her...Do you know if they found her body all these years later? Great blogging!
ReplyDeleteHi Matthew!
ReplyDeleteThis activity you did was great, Great job for staying active with the Summer Learning Journey! What was the hardest part of this activity?
Blog you later!

Hi Matthew,
ReplyDeleteI liked how you said that you found this activity interesting because you could learn all about Amelia Earhart and Jean Batten. I also liked how you provided background information on Amelia and compared both of their home countries. Would you want to become an aviator like them one day?
