Graphics (Tech)
For term 2 week 8 LS2 year 7's stated designing games that they have to make using there on thinking for tech. we started of with a piece of paper and folded it in quarters (1/4). we had to make 4 different games that concluded on the games that you learnt about or food, for an example chess you can change the chess pieces into cup cakes and when you take over a cupcake chess piece than you eat it. I made a design where if you hook up a fish it will be a marshmallow than eat it.

Waltzing Matilda
Today was about poetry, learning about banjo Paterson and the main idea of the poem. with the main idea of the poem Waltzing Matilda. Waltzing Matilda was about swag-man who was sitting under a coolibah tree. Then came down a sheep to drink from the tucker bag. Then the squatter (owner) caught him steeling then troopers came down to see who that sheep was. The message of this poem means to me as it was a hard life in Australia.

Literary Devices
LS2 is going into poetry and things to help us is these words that we learnt Hyperbole, Simile, onomatopoeia and others. Our teacher Mrs Anderson gave us a challenge on making a DLO using google docs only. This was a very difficult challenge because i had never managed to make a DLO out of google docs, but there was a twist LS2 could only use google docs as there explainer pictures. My favorite part about this was drawing the pictures because i had more experience on google drawing.
